God's Will Faith Ministries follows a branched leadership structure, where leaders have leaders of whom are led by the founders. The leaders under the founders are known as the admin leaders, and the leaders under the admin leaders are known as operational leaders

Admin leader responsible for Ushering and Cleaning team.

Admin Leader Responsible for Gogo's Fellowship,Sunday School, Women's Fellowship and Organizers.
Mrs Malatjie
Admin Leader responsible for Secretariats and both online and physical Preaching team.
Mr Moyo
Admin Leader responsible for Media, Caretakers and Men's Fellowship.
Mr Malatjie
Admin Leader responsible for Outreach, Evangelism and Couple's fellowship.
The founders are both responsible to overseeing the admin leadership and other department:
- Pastor JMK Dlothi (MaBishop) is responsible for the Worship team, Youth and Teenagers.
- Bishop SA Dlothi is responsible for Intercession (Online and in-person), Care Group, Armourbearers and Counseling.
